 | Jane James Jane James and her husband, Peter, are regulars at the Cardinia Ranges Farmers' Market held on the second Saturday of each month at Pakenham Racecourse, Racecourse Rd in Pakenham, Victoria. Their business, Lavender Hill Produce, sources the majority of its produce from the home garden to produce a range of jams, marmalades, chutneys and table olives. Specialty products include Pumpkin Chutney, old-fashioned Lemon Curd and Honeyed Pickled Onions. Jane likes gathering lots of fresh vegies and herbs to make a pasta sauce so she chose to share her recipe Asparagus & Bacon Pasta with 2005 Celebrate Asparagus Festival visitors. Jane also likes creating delicious home made pizzas for a really tasty meal, starting with her own bread and pizza bases and topping them with simple pizza toppings such as cooked fresh spinach, freshly grated parmesan and sliced mushrooms.
