Jason Roberts, Celebrity Chef Presenter on Channel Nine’s morning cooking program “Fresh” loves cooking with fresh produce - especially fresh Australian asparagus - and delights his audience of viewers around Australia and New Zealand with quick, easy and nutritious meal ideas. Jason recently made his US debut, appearing on Good Morning America (GMA) and adding over 63 million people to his viewing audience when appearing on Cable Radio Network (CNR), and the Lifestyles show.  

Jason’s passion for fast, healthy eating and fresh produce has led him to create a book - ‘Graze: lots of little meals fast’ - which identifies the growing trend towards eating smaller, more frequent meals by offering healthy small-portion recipes and alternative cooking methods to save time and effort. It includes 120 recipes that use readily available fresh food and staples such as potatoes, pasta, rice, chicken, seafood and meats, that are quick to make and great to eat.

Jason loves cooking asparagus simply, and serving it glistening with a light coating of olive oil, sprinkled with finely-grated Parmesan cheese and grilled until tender - as featured in ‘Graze: lots of little meals fast’. Below, Jason shares two more of his favourite asparagus recipes.
