Sherry Clewlow

Sherry Clewlow is a talented chef, dynamic presenter and award winning speaker who has established The Foodlovers Workshop to inspire people to make life changing health choices from the inside out, giving practical skills and workable tools to make the process both achievable and enjoyable.

Sherry has a passion for fresh produce, especially asparagus. “I love the flavour, texture, colour, smell and look of asparagus,” says Sherry. “I like blanching, steaming, stir-frying and simply slicing fresh asparagus and serving it raw in salads.

Sherry also likes to lightly steam-fry asparagus, drizzle it with one of her favourite first-pressed cold pressed oils, then serve it simply dressed with lemon, sea salt and pepper. “If I am feeling like a cheesy flavour, I shave Parmesan on the spears,” explains Sherry, adding, “If I feel like an Asian flavour, I add a few drops of sesame oil and a few drops of tamari to the pan and top with toasted sesame seeds.Yum!”
