Watch local chefs cook up their favourite asparagus recipes!
You could win the Chef’s Special! Karen Yann of Bistaari Park in Bunyip, Ray Garrad of The Grayn Restaurant in Pakenham and Tim O‘Brien of the Courthouse Restaurant in Berwick will each create 4 entrée serves of their favourite asparagus dish. 4 lucky visitors will get to sit down and dine on their tantalising dishes on the day.

Taste Asparagus cooked every which way!
Watch our cooking team whip up some taste tempting asparagus and taste it for yourself. Collect free recipes so you can cook up your fresh asparagus at home.

Shop for a host of other local goodies!
Cardinia Ranges Farmers’ Market stallholders will also be embracing asparagus fever...

Pasta producer, Lena Giuliani from ‘Take Me Home’ has created a grilled asparagus and creamy tomato pasta sauce especially for the occasion.

Mark and Bronwyn from The Gypsy Pig will have free range, rare breed pork and asparagus sausages for sale.

Cristina Carraturo from Monte Allegro is developing a special Argentinean Lowline beef and asparagus dish.

Shop for goats cheese, free range eggs, local wines, farmed rabbit, barramundi and venison, jams and preserves, fruit trees and potted herbs, organic breads, fresh flowers and plenty more. Did we mention the live chickens?
