Geraldine Holmes is a well-recognised Melbourne based culinary presenter and chef who presents cooking classes and conducts walking tours of the Queen Victoria Market with a focus on fresh seasonal produce.
Geraldine is a passionate foodie with a wide range of experience. Her classes are fun, informative and easy to follow. She features recipes that are perfect for entertaining, simple family meal ideas for busy people, and for those keen to develop fundamental cooking skills. Specialised presentations such as healthy low GI recipes and cooking for diabetes are also her interests.
Other classes highlight fresh seasonal produce from different regional cuisines including the fragrant flavours of South East Asia, Indian and Malaysian cooking, to the tastes of Morocco, flavours of the Mediterranean - as well as classical French cooking.
Geraldine was educated in Melbourne and studied at Emily McPherson College (now RMIT), Cordon Bleu (UK) and is a qualified Home Economist and registered Secondary School teacher.
