Grower Profile
James Terry
After growing up on a mixed enterprise farm
close to a small town called Deloraine in Northern Tasmania,
James studied agricultural science at the University of Sydney.
His first job straight out of university was as an
agronomist with Elders at Koo Wee Rup where he worked for 18 months
before starting work with Momack.
James has lived in the area since 2008,
appreciating the access to Melbourne, the great fertile soil the
region is known for and the unpredictable climate.
“Asparagus is a great product. No one fully understands its growth patterns and each day is a new challenge in the industry,” says James.
